Akanimoh Umoh, (b. 1981) is a contemporary Nigerian artist. Over the past decade, his ethos consists primarily of the human figure as his means of expression and its underlying emotive undercurrents. These are conveyed in a variety of media of which his conte and watercolor pieces intrinsically stand out due to his distinctive handling and evocative temperament. His Artistic influences vary, from Gustav Klimt,  Aalvar Sunol down to Taiwo Adenaike and Felix Osiemi.
