Bertha Onyinyechi Onyekachi from Abia State in Nigeria, is a graduate of Fine and Applied Arts from the University of Benin. Her paintings are a reflection of her personal experiences, philosophies, told stories and view of societal occurrences - especially issues surrounding women. Her recent works are centered on the black race and the African dream. Bertha graduated top of her class in 2015 and presently lives and works as a full-time artist in Lagos, Nigeria.
