Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. If you would like to initiate a return, you must contact us at team@om234.art. Returns are only possible in the event the item has arrived damaged or an incorrect product was sent. If there is a cause for return and we will examine on a case-by-case basis to determine who we will pay for costs or shipping and customers required to deliver the artwork to the artist.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must also retain the original packaging for sending returns.
The return guarantee is NOT applicable to the following final sale items.
- Framed/Matted Open Edition Prints
- Limited Edition Works
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at team@om234.art.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to return address on the original package or an alternative address we notify you of. If you do not have your original packaging, the cost of new packaging will be at your expense.
